Base shipping starts at $11.99 but product will always be shipped the cheapest method available and overages over $2 will be refunded when order is processed, and ship label purchased. A shipping deposit of $30USD will be charged at the time of order for International orders and any overages over $2 will be refunded when order is processed and and any surcharges over $2 will be invoiced; order will not ship until balance has been cleared.
