How do I know if an item is in stock?
We display real-time inventory levels on every product page. If an item sells out before your order is processed, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative.
Can I upload my own design for a custom print?
Yes! Visit our Custom Design page to upload your high-resolution PNG, JPEG, or vector PDF. Please ensure you own the rights to your artwork—any infringing or unlawful designs will be refused.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Shopify-supported payment options, including major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.
What is your return policy?
Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition for a refund or store credit. Custom-printed products are final sale unless they arrive defective—then we’ll replace or refund them.
How long does it take to get my order?
Production and shipping times vary by item. You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout. Once your order ships, risk passes to you and you’ll receive tracking information via email.
