3. Account Registration
To access certain features (like order history or custom print uploads), you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information, and to safeguard your password.

4. Product Listings & Stock Display

We strive to display remaining inventory levels for each product in real time.
In rare cases of overselling or system delays, if an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or substitution.

5. Ordering & Payment

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
We accept payment via Shopify-supported methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
All prices are shown in your selected currency and exclude taxes and shipping, unless otherwise noted.

6. Custom Print Service & Uploads

We offer a custom-print option: customers can upload their own artwork or design file via our “Custom Design” page.
By uploading, you represent that you own or have the rights to use the design, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing designs that are unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
Uploaded files must meet our technical specifications (e.g., high-resolution PNG, JPEG, or vector PDF). Failure to comply may result in delays or additional fees.

7. Production & Shipping

Production timelines vary by item; estimated shipping times are provided at checkout.
Once shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to you. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition for store credit or refund, subject to our Return Policy.
Custom-printed products are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service—text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

10. User Conduct
