Shipping policy

Sewful Therapy Business Hours:  M-F: 6:00 PM-12:30 AM Pacific Standard Time

Unless otherwise stated, Regular Retail TAT is 6-8 business days. Special "Retail Event" TAT are 16-20 business days. If you placed an order that followed behind a "Retail Event," please note that your order will also have a TAT of 16-20 business days until that special "Retail Event" fulfillment has concluded. 

Insurance:  All orders that leave Sewful Therapy are carefully packaged however items do occasionally become damaged or get lost during transit, therefore shipping insurance option is available through Route protection. We highly recommend purchasing Route insurance to protect your order. Route offers a hassle-free solution for replacing or refunding orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, once it has been shipped, we are unable to control what happens during delivery. Route provides peace of mind and a smooth resolution in such cases.

Shipping Times:  Please remember that shipping times are calculated by the Post Office and delivery times are not guaranteed by Sewful Therapy.  It is not unusual for packages to arrive after their intended delivery date. It is not unusual if the package is not scanned until it's reached it's destination facility. 

Shipping is calculated based on weight.  If your shipping is miscalculated by $2 or more we will invoice your Shopify email for the remaining balance at the time of shipping. Balance must be paid before order is shipped. Shipping overages over $2 will be refunded. Due to Shopify unable to utilize Dimensional Shipping Weights to calculate shipping, shipping starts at $12.50 but we will always ship the cheapest method available and refund overages over $2. If you need your order shipped Priority, please email us shortly placing your order or leave us a note with your order so that we can ship accordingly to your shipping preferences, an invoice may be sent to cover the balance of Priority. 

Combining Orders:  Once your original order has a tracking number we are no longer able to combine, as your order is already packaged and sealed with a label. Orders can be combined, however a combine fee of $2 will be applied towards the refund amount - this is because our payment processing platforms do not refund any merchant fees even if a refund is given and the fee is to cover those charges. 

Retail and Pre-orders cannot be combined. If you combined your retail with preorder, your retail order will ship with your preorder. If you need it sooner, we can send you a shipping invoice for the retail order only. 

International Orders: Sewful Therapy is not responsible for any additional fees associated with a package after it's left our facility.  All customs, duty, brokerage fees, etc. vary by carrier and are to be paid for by the purchaser. A $30 shipping deposit will be taken at the time of the order. Upon processing the order, any shipping overages over $2 will be refunded and any shipping surcharge over $2 will be invoiced.

All shipping charges include a small handling fee to cover the cost of packing supplies and materials. 

Route Insurance is available to protect your order from loss or damage to product(s) during transit. Please consider purchasing insurance for your order.
