There is a sample MOQ that the manufacturer requires us to meet in order to move forward with Neoflex.
I’ve listed the remaining sample quantity needed in the listing. As orders come in, that number will decrease — and the closer it gets to 0, the safer you can feel that we’ll be able to move forward with the Neoflex order. The listing will remain available for purchase even if the number goes into the negative.
If we aren’t able to meet the manufacturer’s MOQ and cannot move forward with Neoflex, I’m happy to either:
- Refund your Neoflex order in full, or
- Exchange it for a different base and settle any difference in cost by either invoicing or refunding the difference.
